- The Dependent Care Reimbursement Fund, established in 1994 as part of the collective bargaining agreement, was created to help employees pay a portion of their child or elder care expenses. If you are a member of CWA - NY/NE or IBEW Local 2213 Click here for information and application.

- This quarter we are bringing the Resource Center to you. The Resource Center provides you access to information on the work and family services and programs available to you, from a computer at your Verizon work location. Also, the Resource center provides you with a private space and a telephone so that you can better balance your work and family life. Additionally, you can access the New York/New England Regional Joint Work/Family Committee Website from your home by visiting www.regionalwfrc.com

We will be starting by installing 25 Resource Centers at various work locations and as they are installed, we will be posting the locations on this page. Meanwhile, one of the benefits of the Resource Center is that you can access the Regional W/F Committee’s website from your home, and we encourage you to do so.
